Administer your deployment

Control links, access, tenant boundaries, notifications, retention, and audit records.

Your workspace

The browser workspace separates day-to-day transfers from configuration. Navigation shows the pages available to your signed-in role.

Page What belongs here
Receive Create requests, inspect uploads, attach reception projects, and export incoming trade-route evidence.
Deliver Browse the outbound library and manage delivery grants.
Workflows Follow Deliveries, create and edit Projects, configure Webhooks, and inspect Activity.
Storage Qualify receiving storage and add or test S3, shared-folder, and peer-port connections.
Automation Issue scoped agent tokens and copy MCP configurations.
Tenants Manage namespaces and principals.
Audit Review and export recorded actions.
System Configure notifications, defaults, and deployment operations available to your role.

To create a project, use Workflows > Projects > New project. Storage connections are managed in Storage, and browser-issued agent tokens in Automation. These controls are no longer nested under Deliver.

Senders and recipients use the links you issue; they usually do not need administrator accounts. Treat those URLs as credentials and revoke them when access is no longer needed.

Access and scope

Configure sign-in and roles, then assign tenant access and quotas. Check the active tenant before issuing a link or deleting content.

Use notifications and retention to make completion events visible and keep files only as long as your workflow requires. Audit exports provide a record for operational review.

Set project delivery policy

Configure project roles, recipient enrollment, and release checks. Connect signed events and replayable webhooks to your production system and audit archive. These controls are included with port licensing.

For your facility deployment, agree with your deployment team which System settings you control and which changes should go through support.
