Bring your team and collaborators.
Move as much data as the work demands.
Use the bandwidth you already pay for.
License the port. Bring everyone the work needs.
A port is one licensed VOTPort installation on your infrastructure. Connect it to the storage your teams use, then bring the editors, producers, clients, and vendors the project needs. VOTPort has no per-seat fee and no monthly active-user allowance to manage. A busy month does not trigger user overages, and sending another delivery does not add a transfer-volume charge.
One port license includes accelerated QUIC transfers, cryptographic verification, signed recipient evidence, project approvals, SSO, SCIM, persistent workflows, APIs, and 15 MCP agent tools. There is no faster edition to buy and no enterprise tier to unlock security or automation. Your network and storage set the pace; your license does not ration it.
Proof travels with the file.
VOTPort checks incoming content against its cryptographic identity before making it available. A signed receipt records the exact content, its length, and the publication assurance used. You can match the file to that receipt again long after the transfer finishes.
Record recipient verification and explicit acceptance against the exact package, then retain the signed statements and audit events. When a client questions a handoff, you have evidence of what was verified and what they accepted. These records come with the port license.
Use the bandwidth you already pay for.
The connection from a location shoot will never look like the connection inside your facility. VOTPort’s native QUIC transport is built for missing packets and long round trips, with resumable progress when a connection breaks.
Your network, storage, and hardware set the pace. VOTPort has no licensed bandwidth ceiling and no faster edition to buy. Browser links give occasional collaborators a simple way in.
One port or several sites, built around your workflow.
Run one port on your servers or in your cloud and connect it to several storage destinations, or put a separately licensed port at each site that needs its own installation. Your company’s storage layout does not have to match its office count. Trade routes connect ports when the work needs to move between them. Connect your identity provider through native OIDC or a SAML-to-OIDC bridge, provision users with SCIM, and organize teams with tenant controls and roles. SSO and audit exports are included.
Start workflows from incoming uploads, enforce required metadata and checks, and send verified copies to S3, shared folders, or other VOTPort deployments. Direct receiving onto qualified NAS storage and trade routes with signed custody between ports are included, alongside schedules and acceptance deadlines. Connect repeat work through the JSON CLI, API, 15 MCP tools, and signed webhooks with retries and replay. Project roles, recipient enrollment, and approval requirements are included, so automation does not mean giving up control. We can help fit it to the systems your facility already uses.
The license covers VOTPort; infrastructure, storage, and network costs belong to your chosen environment. Each license covers one port: a single VOTPort installation. Infrastructure and support arrangements are agreed for that deployment.
