Get your next transfer underway
Practical guides for sending, receiving, verifying, and operating VOTPort.
On this page
Your VOTPort deployment has its own address, supplied by your administrator. If someone has sent you a transfer link, start there. You can use a request or delivery link without signing in to the administrative workspace.
Send files to a team
You have a request link and files to hand over. Learn how to select a folder, follow progress, and confirm completion.
Download a delivery
You have a delivery link. Choose a browser or native client, save the files, and understand the verification result.
Set up your workspace
You manage incoming requests or outgoing deliveries. Start with your address, sign-in, storage destinations, and a small test transfer.
Check the evidence
You have a file and a receipt. Check the signature, match the bytes, and understand the recorded storage assurance.

Delivery workflows and evidence
Prepare and track a project delivery with required checks, human approval, scheduling, and recipient acceptance. Administrators can configure projects and checks and connect signed events and webhooks to existing systems.
Receiving, routing, and shared storage
Set up reception projects and signed trade routes, qualify direct NAS receiving, or connect workplace notifications.
Facility deployments
Your deployment team supplies your service address and agrees the storage, access, and operating arrangements with you. VOTPort runs on your infrastructure under a per-port license. A port is one installation, which can connect to several storage destinations. A company can run one shared port or separately licensed ports at different sites; trade routes move packages between them. These guides support that licensed deployment; the operating and support responsibilities come from your agreement.
